Tasting our three fruity olive oils at PPP is like taking a trip to Provence. You will discover an authentic, organic, eco-friendly, fair trade product. We support our compatriots in Provence, who are faced with fierce competition against producers in Italy, Spain or Greece. In the Aix-en-Provence area, with its hot and sunny climate, you will find fruity black olive oil, reflecting the passion of young producers who are trying to preserve the special character of their land. If you wander inland from Nice, you will find an old family of oil producers, working on their ancestor’s land at Oppio, who have been making a fruity mature olive oil the same way for over 150 years. How about a stroll through the hills of the Vallée des Baux? There you will discover, hidden between the grape vines and olive trees, a breathtaking domain, the Château d'Estoublon and its very chic green fruity oil.
